Job Description
Prodapt is on the lookout for motivated Project Coordinators with outstanding communication and sales abilities to join our Customer Chat Support Team in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. This is a full-time position necessitating an immediate start.
In this role, you will address customer queries via chat, promote our products, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your responsibilities will extend to team management, coaching, mentoring, and generating weekly business reports. Candidates must hold a degree in any field and demonstrate strong written communication skills along with a sales-oriented mindset. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or chat support is required, with a preference for those with a background in Telecom Billing.
