Job Description
Formula Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer who is fluent in Japanese. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and effectively communicating with clients in Japanese, ensuring outstanding customer service in every interaction. Ideal candidates will have successfully completed the N2 or N3 level of Japanese language proficiency and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across all organizational levels.
Your key responsibilities will include client follow-ups, managing current client relationships, and providing support to our Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams as needed. A friendly demeanor and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.
