Job Description
Shott Amusement Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our KOPA Mall branch in Pune, Maharashtra. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Salary: Freshers start at ₹14,600, while experienced candidates can begin at ₹15,00.
Eligibility: Candidates must have completed at least the 10th or 12th grade, or hold a graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will assist customers, provide explanations of games, and manage billing processes efficiently.
Working Hours: Employees will work 9-hour shifts with one day off per week, with specific shifts available for both male and female employees.
