Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to manage and optimize our relational databases, including Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining database systems while monitoring performance and implementing tuning techniques. Key duties include executing regular backups, restoring operations, ensuring data integrity, and writing optimized SQL queries and stored procedures. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot database issues such as locking, deadlocks, and replication failures.

The role also involves participation in the on-call support rotation for production systems, collaboration with developers and QA teams for deployment and support, maintaining system documentation, and assisting in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies.
