We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Executive to become a vital member of our team at Balaji. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls and warmly welcoming visitors to our office.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to effectively promote and sell our products, providing guidance on maximizing their benefits, and delivering exceptional after-sale support.

Additionally, you will maintain daily customer reports, manage billing processes, and report directly to management.
