Job Description
Devriz Fashion Lifestyle Private Limited is looking for a qualified Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other legal frameworks. Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory records, preparing board meeting documents, advising on corporate governance, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
Applicants should be a Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the startup or FMCG/Beauty sectors. Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills are required.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive monthly salary between ₹35,00.00 and ₹64,943.78.
