Job Description
Kent Constructions is excited to announce a full-time, permanent opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience to join our esteemed team in Kochi. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates, developing tender documentation, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹25,00.00 to ₹40,00.00 per month and includes benefits such as food allowances, health insurance, and a provident fund.
