Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory registers, organizing Board and Annual General Meetings, drafting legal documents, and providing guidance on company policies.
Applicants must hold a Company Secretary (CS) certification from ICSI, an LLB degree, and possess a robust understanding of relevant laws. Strong drafting and communication skills are essential, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of pertinent experience.
