Job Description

ATC is on the lookout for a dedicated Junior US IT Recruiter to be part of our dynamic team in Chennai. This full-time position involves overseeing the complete recruitment cycle for both IT and non-IT roles in the US, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. In this role, you will also assist with the onboarding process and help build a robust candidate pipeline.
