Job Description
Shott Amusement Limited is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Crystal Point Mall location in Andheri West, Mumbai. We are looking for passionate individuals to fill this full-time, permanent role, with a special invitation to fresh graduates.
Salary: ₹14,600 for freshers; ₹15,00 (in-hand) for experienced candidates.
Requirements: Candidates must have at least completed their 10th/12th grade or hold a degree. Key responsibilities include assisting customers, providing game explanations, and managing billing procedures.
