We are seeking a dedicated RCC Advisor to enhance customer interactions and deliver exceptional service. The primary responsibilities include taking ownership of customer calls, providing effective solution-oriented support, educating customers on our offerings, and swiftly addressing any inquiries. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain comprehensive product knowledge, adhere to company policies, and foster strong relationships with our customers.
Education Requirement: Completion of 10 + 2 or a degree in any discipline. Experience: 6 months to 2 years, with at least 6 months in a BPO environment required. Essential skills include excellent problem-solving abilities, a strong customer focus, and basic computer literacy.
