Job Description
The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation is looking for a motivated Associate to join our Corporate Actions team. In this role, you will oversee both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, accurately interpret and convey information regarding corporate action events, process liability notices, and allocate dividend payments. You will also be responsible for daily reconciliations related to cash, securities, and suspense transactions.
