Job Description
DHL is actively seeking motivated Operations Staff to enhance our pickup and delivery team. The ideal candidates will undertake the following responsibilities:
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Accurately load shipments according to designated routes.
- Ensure deliveries are made to the right customers.
- Manage POD/FOD/DOD/COD processes while maintaining precise delivery records.
- Handle status updates for undelivered shipments.
- Meet estimated delivery dates (EDD) and uphold quality standards.
- Process same-day payment handovers.
- Adhere to appointment delivery protocols and consistently prioritize customer satisfaction.
Pickup Responsibilities:
- Conduct pickups in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and timelines.
- Complete airwaybill execution and shipment verification.
- Collect necessary regulatory documentation.
- Inspect package conditions during pickup.
- Ensure timely arrival for all connections.
