Job Description
Gosree Finance Limited, an established player in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, is seeking a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join our team in Ernakulam. The successful candidate will support company secretarial and compliance functions, assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of statutory records, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and corporate governance standards. You will also liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
The salary for this position ranges from ₹200,00 to ₹350,00 per year, negotiable based on experience. We offer health insurance and a provident fund as part of our benefits package. This is a full-time, permanent position, suitable for freshers as well.
