Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our online store. In this role, you will develop and execute e-commerce strategies, manage digital marketing campaigns, and analyze website and sales data to enhance our customers’ shopping experience. You will be responsible for inventory management and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or IT, along with proven experience in e-commerce operations. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress is highly desirable.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹25,00.00. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work will be conducted in person.
