Job Description
Ravin Software Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Voice Process team in Hyderabad. We welcome candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are ready to start immediately. The ideal candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade, B.Com, B.Sc, or hold any graduate degree.
Successful applicants must demonstrate proficiency in spoken English and Hindi, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a customer-centric environment.
