Job Description
Vandalay Business Solutions is excited to invite passionate individuals to apply for the position of Accounts Executive at our Kaloor, Ernakulam office. This full-time role offers working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. We welcome candidates with 1 to 8 years of relevant experience, and the salary will be commensurate with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Proofread emails related to clients’ Finance & Accounts matters.
- Process vendor and customer invoices.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and track deposits/payments.
Requirements: B.Com degree, strong financial knowledge, proficiency in accounting software, and strong analytical skills.
