Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Collections Executive to join our Commercial Banking Group at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience, with a strong focus on improving collections and ensuring adherence to bank processes and audit requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining a quality portfolio and convincing customers to meet payment terms.
Candidates should hold at least a graduate degree and have the ability to face challenges effectively. Experience with companies such as CHOLA DBS, SHRIRAM FINANCE, or HDFC BANK is a plus.
