Job Description
Aranmula Chits Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a motivated Office Assistant to enhance our administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Other duties include maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and arranging travel logistics. The Office Assistant will act as a primary contact for clients and address inquiries from senior management effectively. Additionally, the role requires updating databases and ensuring accurate company records while performing general office tasks such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications: A degree or Plus Two with equivalent qualifications is required. This position is full-time, permanent, and welcomes freshers.
Salary: ₹14,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits include health insurance and a Provident Fund.
Work Location: In-person.
