Job Description
HR Talent Connect is seeking a female Telecaller / Recruitment Intern to support our HR recruitment efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain valuable real-world experience while working remotely from home.
Stipend: ₹2,00 per month + incentives per closure
Hours: 6 hours/day (Mon–Sat) | Remote (Work From Home)
Key Responsibilities:
– Contact candidates to explain job roles.
– Maintain candidate information in Google Sheets.
– Coordinate interview schedules with the HR Manager.
– Assist in completing joining formalities.
Qualifications:
– Female candidates aged 18–25 preferred.
– Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English.
– Access to a laptop, SIM card, and stable internet connection.
– Basic understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
