Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Phone Banking Officer urgently at our Corporate Hub in Malad West Mindspace. The monthly salary ranges from ₹26,00 to ₹40,00, complemented by incentives and overtime pay.

Qualifications: Candidates must have completed HSC or a degree and possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

Key Requirements:

• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work night shifts (5 days on, 2 days off).
• Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of CRM software.
