Job Description
Grand Hyatt Mumbai is currently seeking a dedicated Room Service Order Taker to become a valuable member of our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while processing orders within our food and beverage division. Your efforts will ensure that our guests enjoy a delightful and memorable dining experience.
We invite applicants with a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management and a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations. Excellent customer service and communication skills are mandatory for this position.
