Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability of partners and secondary agents.
- Manage reporting from Jio Digital Repair Specialists.
- Collaborate with business teams regarding Air Fiber.
- Conduct partner visits and audits.
- Collect customer feedback via phone calls.
- Facilitate quality onboarding for partners.
- Train secondary agents and supervise their productivity.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science)
Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years
