Job Description
BM NAGORI CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is excited to announce an opening for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist at our Camp, Pune office. As the initial point of contact for our visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming mail and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Assist with office supplies, correspondence, and visitor logs.
- Support facilities management and meeting preparations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in reception or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Marathi and Hindi is advantageous.
