Job Description

DMH Muthu’s Hospital is in search of a skilled and committed Nursing Supervisor to enhance our distinguished healthcare team. This role involves supervising nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while upholding nursing standards across the facility.

Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include overseeing nursing personnel, ensuring adherence to patient care standards, providing staff training, managing emergency situations, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, or GNM with valid registration and have 3–6 years of supervisory experience along with strong leadership capabilities.
