My Home Foods India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Executive Secretary to provide crucial administrative and organizational support to the CEO. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing important documents, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. The ideal candidate will serve as a professional liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, managing complex calendars, organizing files, conducting research for special projects, and facilitating the efficient operation of the CEO’s office. Proficiency in TALLY is required.
