Join our team as a Guest Relation Executive, the vital first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors. In this role, you will create a warm and welcoming environment while providing essential operational support. Your responsibilities will include managing patient inquiries, coordinating admissions and discharges, and consistently delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and assist patients and visitors.
• Facilitate smooth admission and discharge processes.
• Quickly address and resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
