Job Description

Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd is looking for a passionate and seasoned Customer Care Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will involve implementing proactive measures to reduce customer complaints by refining systems and processes. This is a full-time, in-person position, where you will play an integral role in our success.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in automotive service is preferred.
