Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Coordinate hiring efforts for both clients and our internal teams.
• Manage candidate databases and HR documentation.
• Assist in HR operations and enhance employee engagement.
• Implement innovative strategies to improve HR processes.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR.
• Strong communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
