Job Description
DHL is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff member to join our Van Pickup and Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately loading shipments along designated routes and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Key responsibilities include managing the POD, FOD, DOD, and COD processes, adhering to expected delivery dates (EDD), and achieving service quality (SQ) targets.
This role also involves timely pickups from customer locations, executing airway bills, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory documentation. A professional presentation and a customer-focused mindset are essential to succeed in this position.
