Job Description
P9 Farms Private Limited is looking for a motivated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. Since its establishment in 2020, Arthlife Kids has built a reputation for providing stylish and comfortable children’s fashion throughout India.
Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain accurate records, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Candidates must have proven experience, along with strong communication and time management skills.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Compensation: ₹10,512.81 – ₹14,00.00 per month.
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is required.
