Role Overview:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for international insurance clients.
- Deliver accurate resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to global process standards to meet performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Graduates or undergraduates from any field are eligible.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO voice is preferred.
- Freshers with outstanding English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Salary: ₹19,00 – ₹45,00 (in-hand) per month
