Job Description
Lakshmi Machine Works is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Assembly Technician to become part of our Manufacturing – Assembly team. This position welcomes candidates with no prior experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) within acceptable limits throughout the assembly processes.
- Document assembly quality plans at each stage to reduce customer complaints.
- Troubleshoot electrical assembly-related technical issues to ensure smooth production flow.
- Receive comprehensive hands-on training in the complete assembly process.
- Understand the scope of supply and assemble machinery according to specifications.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for assembly, ensuring quality and quantity meet requirements.
