Job Description

Location: OMR, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,00 to ₹35,00 per month
Experience: 1–10 years in hospital insurance/TPA coordination required.
Job Summary: The Hospital Insurance Coordinator will manage patient insurance activities, including pre-authorizations, claims submission, and serving as a bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and insurers.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include collecting documentation, handling pre-authorizations, coordinating with insurance companies, verifying coverage, submitting claims, tracking approvals, maintaining records, and guiding patients through the insurance process.
Requirements: We are seeking a female candidate with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), a strong understanding of insurance processes, excellent communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
