Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Burdwan

CTC: Up to 3.15 LPA + Incentives

IndiaNile is seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team in Burdwan. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting our products, and achieving specific sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and successfully acquire new customers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote products and articulate their benefits effectively.
• Offer excellent after-sales support to clients.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the BFSI sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
