Job Description
Grand Hyatt Kochi is currently inviting applications for the position of Executive Chef to lead our Food and Beverage division in alignment with Hyatt International’s esteemed standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our dining outlets and banquet services, ensuring operations are conducted smoothly and profitably.
The ideal candidate will hold a professional diploma in Food Production and possess a minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume establishment. Candidates should demonstrate creativity and strong operational capabilities, essential for driving our culinary excellence.
