Job Description

BPO Integra India Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Admin Executive to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office’s administrative facilities and ensuring the daily needs of staff are met, thereby promoting a harmonious work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized documentation and filing system.
  • Manage housekeeping services, security operations, pantry provisions, and general administrative tasks, including verifying stationery supplies and supervising petty cash operations.
  • Oversee various functions such as newspaper and magazine subscriptions, as well as courier services.

Experience: 2 – 4 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,745.14 – ₹30,620.55 per month

Work Location: On-site
