Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic Academic Counselor and Telecalling professional for our Kochi branch. This role is essential in managing student inquiries and ensuring efficient operations within the academy.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, responding to inquiries via phone and email, advising prospective students, maintaining accurate records, assisting with administrative tasks, and collaborating with faculty members.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in counseling roles. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in both English and Malayalam are required.
