Job Description
Trading With Saurav is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the role of Receptionist and Telecaller. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Contacting and advising students about our Live Trading Courses.
- Providing detailed information regarding course offerings, fees, and schedules.
- Addressing queries and resolving concerns related to trading classes.
- Following up with potential leads and maintaining comprehensive call records.
- Assisting with student enrollment and guiding them through the registration process.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in both Hindi and English, and have a basic understanding of trading concepts.
