Job Description
GCS Automation Private Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Call Coordinator! This role involves engaging with our existing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customers, as well as those without an AMC, to ensure excellent client interaction.
Your main responsibilities will include receiving customer complaints via phone and coordinating effectively with our IT and OA product engineers.
Position: Sales Coordinator
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
We offer benefits including a Provident Fund. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales are preferred.
