Job Description
Cotolore Enterprises LLP is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sous Chef to enhance the culinary operations of our health-focused cloud kitchen. In collaboration with the Head Chef, you will ensure that each dish is prepared with high quality, consistency, and creativity.
Key responsibilities include preparing healthy recipes, overseeing kitchen operations, upholding hygiene standards, managing inventory, and assisting in the development of new dishes.
Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience, knowledge of dietary requirements, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in kitchen management systems are essential.
