Job Description

Location: Ernakulam (within 20 km radius of Kakkanad)

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Responsibilities: As a Property Scout, you will be tasked with identifying suitable shops and warehouses ranging from 500 to 200 sq. ft. You will evaluate each property for accessibility and rental value, negotiate rental terms, document sites through photographs and GPS locations, and prepare detailed evaluation reports.

Requirements: Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the Ernakulam area, excellent independent travel and communication abilities, and have a smartphone equipped with a camera and internet access. Effective negotiation and evaluation skills are essential, and prior relevant experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
