Job Description
Dental Ceramic Studio, a premier provider of high-quality dental restorations, is currently seeking a full-time Technical Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the dental restoration process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective troubleshooting abilities, and superior communication skills to assist our dental team effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in technical support within a dental or healthcare environment is advantageous. A customer-centric mindset and familiarity with dental technology are beneficial.
Experience: 0-1 year required. A bike is mandatory for this position.
Salary: ₹10,042.88 – ₹15,00.00 per month
