Job Description
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹16,00 – 20,00 (+Incentives)
HR BRO PLACEMENT SERVICES AND HR TRAINING is seeking a motivated Voice Process Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Key Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
