Job Description

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Shift: Rotational (including nights/weekends)

Mayura Ziani is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to provide outstanding support to our UK-based clients. As the initial point of contact, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exemplary customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Guide customers on product usage and best practices to enhance their experience.

Requirements: A degree in any discipline (preferably English Literature), 0-1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work shifts.
