Job Description
Location: Mannath, Kochi
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹18,00 (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with inquiries
- Manage phone calls and respond to various inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support daily operations at the front desk, including inventory management
- Engage with customers on Instagram, managing messages and comments
- Assist clients with order placements and appointment scheduling
- Communicate product updates and coordinate with team members
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp
- A friendly and positive demeanor
- 0–1 year of experience (New graduates are encouraged to apply)
