Job Description
We are urgently seeking a CRM Executive to join our team at our Andheri location. This role primarily involves providing exceptional customer service via chat.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service (chat)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability to work in rotational shifts (9-hour shifts)
Shifts:
- Females: Rotational Day Shift between 7 AM – 9 PM
- Males: 24/7 rotational shifts for any 9 hours
Compensation: Up to ₹25,00 in-hand, with a gross salary of up to ₹29,00. This is a full-time, permanent position that includes benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
Work Location: In person
