The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for customer relations and demonstrate a solid understanding of freight forwarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Provide quotes for freight requirements, track shipments, and generate comprehensive reports.
