Job Description
We are currently hiring a Front Office Receptionist for our office in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have over 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills in English and Telugu, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing mail and office supplies.
- Scheduling meetings and assisting with travel arrangements.
- Maintaining detailed records of incoming requests and calls.
