Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Associate General Manager to lead our XYLEM LEARNING division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing team productivity, and optimizing quality processes. This role includes managing a team of 200 telecallers, along with overseeing 6 Team Leaders and 4 Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred), with 8-12 years of relevant experience. We particularly encourage candidates aged 23-40 to apply. This position is located in Palarivattom, Kerala, India, and offers a competitive salary of 12-15 LPA.
